Conquerer

They conquered him
by the blood of the Lamb
and by the word of their testimony.
Revelation 12:11
Have you ever thought that your story doesn’t matter?
Have you ever thought that your story isn’t “good” enough to share?
Have you ever thought that your story is yours alone and no one else can relate?
Go read Revelation 12:11 again.
What does it say? It says they conquered him…him is the accuser/the enemy.
How did they do that? First, and most important, by the blood of the Lamb…Jesus
Christ is our lamb. His blood conquered the devil.
IN ADDITION to the blood of Jesus…the enemy can be conquered by your testimony.
Your story.
Your story of how the blood of Jesus has changed your life.
Your story that has power. Your story that has mighty power to conquer the enemy.
Your story that matters. Your story that matters because God uses it all. ALL of it. The
messy. The clean. The ugly. The pretty. The mundane. The crazy. ALL. OF. IT.
God has provided you with the opportunity to trust in the blood of the Lamb and with
that your testimony.
The testimony that has the power to heal.
The testimony that has the power to conquer.
The testimony that has the power to change lives.
God is the author of it all.
When you trust in the author holding the pen of your story…everything changes.
Everything.
You will keep the mind that is dependent on you in perfect peace,
for it is trusting in you.
Isaiah 26:3
If you can be dependent on Him, in all of the parts of your story, the promise he has for
you? PERFECT PEACE. Perfect. That doesn’t mean life is going to be easy, but if you
mind is stayed on Him, He will provide you with the peace that is perfect. Peace that
cannot even be explained.
And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and
minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:7
If your story is so powerful, it’s absolutely not worth hanging onto, is it? It’s not worth
being quiet about, is it?
I don’t think so.
Your story IS worth sharing.
Your story IS worth being loud about.
Your story IS powerful.
Sharing your story will speak to someone. You might not ever know it did. But, I
promise, it will. Your story will remind someone they aren’t alone. Your story will let
someone know that THEIR story is worth sharing. Your story will speak to them about
the ONE who has the power to conquer the enemy with the blood of Jesus Christ.
Be vulnerable enough to share your story. Be vulnerable enough to make people get
comfortable with uncomfortable. Because sharing CAN be uncomfortable. The
discomfort is worth it, though. Worth sharing…because it has the power to help
CONQUER.
Go. Be a conquerer.
Let’s show the enemy that we KNOW who is in charge, and it isn’t him!
