The Hometown Experience

Hosting a Hometown Conference

Gathering Space: Create a welcoming space that encourages community. Round tables works best.

Technology: You’ll need a screen or TV, speakers, sound system, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection to stream all the sessions.

Food & Drinks: Food helps build connections! Use the menu provided or host a potluck for a shared experience.

1. Choose Your Package

Email Joyel to discuss available dates and select the package that best fits your church or organization. Our team will coordinate with Known speakers and work alongside you to plan travel, accommodations, meals, scheduling, and event logistics.

2. Invite Your Community

Once your event is scheduled, it’s time to spread the word!

We’ll provide everything you need to promote your Known Hometown, including:

  • Digital graphics

  • Website content

  • Social media assets

  • Church announcement slides

  • Promotional materials
