Singleness is often viewed as a season of waiting or something to be overcome, but what if we began to see it as a beautiful and integral part of God’s design for His people? In this empowering talk, we will explore the emotional, spiritual, and practical struggles that singles face, while offering biblical truths that affirm their worth, purpose, and belonging in the body of Christ.
“In His Presence, We Belong” invites the church to reimagine its role in welcoming singles—not just as individuals waiting for their “other half,” but as fully whole members of the family of God. We will dive into how singles can experience deep connection, purpose, and community right now, as they live in the presence of God and in fellowship with one another.
Join us for a powerful conversation that challenges the church to create spaces where singles are not merely accepted but celebrated—where every person, whether single or married, can find their place in the heart of the church.

Before Dirt Juicery ever opened its doors, Melissa and Kendra’s story was already in the making. Real-life sisters and sisters in Christ, they grew up working together as teenagers-learning early on the value of hard work and great customer service. Over the years, their shared passion for health and their deep faith in God led them to become certified holistic nutritionists, equipping them to help others care for their bodies in a way that honors the Creator. With the love and support of their husbands and parents, they launched Dirt Juicery-a place where health meets faith-serving fresh juices, organic smoothies, and vibrant smoothie bowls. But for them, it’s always been about more than the menu. With nine kids between them, they not only had an instant staff, but they’ve built a business rooted in family, and fueled by community, with hearts to serve God in boldness and love.
Title: Workplace Witness: Being Bold in Business
Description: “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses…to the end of the earth.” -Acts 1:8 What does it really look like to be a witness for Christ in today’s workplace? As real-life sisters, and sisters in Christ, we’ll share personal stories, struggles, and lessons learned about how to authentically live out your faith in the marketplace- without compromising your convictions. From leading teams to serving customers, we’ve learned that boldness and gentleness aren’t opposites, they’re both essential. In this session, we’ll explore how to stay rooted in truth while building relationships marked by grace, how to be unashamed of the Gospel while genuinely loving those around you, and how to lead with both courage and compassion. Whether you’re running a business or working within one, you’re called and empowered to be a workplace witness right where you are.

Talk Title: Experiencing God’s Presence Through Studying His Word
Talk Description:
In Matthew 22:37, Jesus instructs us to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, and mind. Loving the Lord with our hearts and souls may feel fairly natural, but how do we love the Lord with our minds? Studying our Bibles deeply is one way to do this. As we fill our minds with God’s word, and dig deep to truly understand it, we begin to better see God’s heart, and as we begin to see who God truly is, we begin to love him more and more. As we faithfully invest in digesting and understanding God’s word, he is faithful to shape our minds to conform to the mind of Christ. I am excited to dig in together to the Scripture that is God-breathed, alive, and active!

Living in survival mode is emotionally exhausting. The mind and body have no downtime, nor time to rest or spiritually replenish. When you are thriving, the stressors may still be there, but the most significant difference is that you realize that you have choices that reflect your beliefs, your values, and that your actions can positively impact those choices. Thriving is about learning, growing and continually exploring this beautiful world while giving yourself permission to feel and experience the blessings God has gifted you.
As a daughter, mother, grandmother, and professional woman I struggled for years to navigate through a plethora of mental, emotional, financial, and physical challenges often finding myself barely able to breath. Throughout my life’s journey I learned essential skills that have enabled me to thrive not just survive. I am excited to share with you what I have learned, hoping that you too, will be empowered to turn your wounds into wisdom, because with Jesus, the impossible became possible.

So that, through a deeper relationship with Jesus, they can fully LIVE loved.
While Elizabeth loves storms, photography, and digging into Scripture, her greatest loves are Jesus, her husband, and her four children. Most days, she can be found wearing ripped jeans and sipping a cup of hot chocolate in the morning.

Elizabeth Bricknell is a church planter in Longview, Washington, where she lives with her pastor-husband and their three incredible kids—twin girls on the brink of middle school and their spirited (and sometimes pesty) little brother entering first grade.
Her travels to 16 countries have ruined her in the best way, opening her eyes to God’s tender heart for all people and inspiring her to live, shop, think, and parent with intention. Those experiences led her to over a decade of work with Noonday Collection, a fashion brand creating meaningful, dignified jobs for artisans in vulnerable communities worldwide.
At home, you’ll find Elizabeth cheering (loudly) from the sidelines of the soccer field or basketball court, singing on the worship team, or eating ice cream after the kids are in bed. She recently launched a floral design business and stepped into a new role at her son’s elementary school. No matter the setting, Elizabeth loves reminding women that they are seen, known, and deeply loved by a very personal God.
Dormant, Not Dead: from irrelevant to relevant in God’s perfect timing
Elizabeth never expected her rusty Spanish to matter again—until one ordinary bike ride turned into a divine encounter that changed everything. Have you ever looked at a part of your life and thought, “Well, that’s over”—a dream, a passion, or even a skill you once cherished? In this session, Elizabeth shares how God awakened something she thought was long gone and used it to welcome a family of 6 into her home. Through her personal story and biblical truths, you’ll be reminded that God wastes nothing. What feels dormant may be the very thing God wants to awaken for His purposes right where you are today.

Title: Blooming out of the Darkness
Description:
Living in a life where I was a prisoner to abuse of every sort, mental, physical, sexual, financial,l and even spiritual. It didn’t matter how far I ran or hid, in chains me and my baby girl were in. Yet I was determined to do whatever it took to get out of this! This opened doors down dark paths of exotic dancing and stripping. Very shortly after this brought the devil to my front door which led me to being sold across America, drug addiction, trauma bonded to an abusive relationship I couldn’t escape, CPS removing my daughter from my care, and even jail on multiple occasions. It’s where that desperate cry out to God in total surrender was on that cold jail floor that led me into Jesus Christ’s loving arms.

Big dreams…I want every woman to know how loved they are, and who loves them the most, Jesus!
I lead women’s retreats and workshops on topics including joy, grace, how-to-study-the-Bible and practical subjects, like marriage. I hope these moments with others create connections and encourage women in their relationship with Jesus.
Long before speaking, I graduated from Concordia University with a BA in Secondary Education. I married Chad and moved to Texas to teach English to high schoolers. Y’all, let me tell you, it was super fun! Suddenly, life changed! We moved to Minnesota and, ya hey der, I became a mom. Being a mom was even more fun than teaching, so I embraced a new season, which ended up including homeschooling.
Now, my kids have grown and moved out, and I’m back to living my first dream…which really means connecting with you. Do you know you are loved?
Overflow — Living in God’s Grace
Powerful. Refreshing. Transforming.
Like a rushing waterfall, God’s grace pours into our weary souls—covering the past, filling the emptiness, and bringing fresh hope. It washes away the weight of shame, replacing guilt with forgiveness. It replaces exhaustion with rest and peace.
If you’re running on empty, wrung out, or just done, step under the cascade of His grace.
As we open God’s living and active Word looking at Ephesians, we’ll see how His grace doesn’t just meet us once—it meets us daily. Every moment. While the world has us scrolling, hustling, and chasing quick fixes, God offers something deeper. His grace refreshes us. It fills us. Then, it overflows—into our lives, our relationships, and the way we love, forgive, and serve.
Experience its power. Know its truth. Step into the flow. Be renewed. Let His grace spill through you to others.
